After sending an inquiry, Jennifer will share our Wedding Questionnaire with you which catches her up on any details planned so far and items on your wedding wish list. Upon completion we set up a discovery call (free on us!) to discuss our services in more detail and see if we’re a great fit to work together. A 40% deposit and contract follows to secure your wedding date.

Absolutely, yes! We will travel by car, by boat and by plane for our clients. Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask us about travel costs. Often times the additional cost is only to cover our accommodations, not travel time.

There is no rental minimum for our planning and design clients, and it’s $500 for our Day of Styling clients.

No, sorry. Our rental collection is exclusively available to our planning and design clients. This is to ensure our clients have access to our entire collection. Also, many items we carry are one of a kind and can only be handled by the T & T team.

We have a very helpful ‘A La Carte Rental Guide’ that lines up perfectly with the photos found under our ’Collection’ pages on our site. I’d be happy to send you a copy if you make that request through email to jennifer@tuftsandtoile.ca.

Delivery is free for our design and planning client clients. For our Day of Styling clients, local deliveries, including Hamilton, Halton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton & Cambridge are $100. Deliveries to Niagara, Brantford, Kitchener, Guelph, Elora, Norfolk and the GTA are $200.

In the event of damaged or misplaced items, you will be informed as soon as possible. If the missing items cannot be found within 1 week of your event date, replacement fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Replacement fees vary by item and are dependent on the value of the item itself, shipping costs, and our ability to resource and restock it.
